Terms for LIVE2D Models

Prices for LIVE2D models include commercial use. This means that the client has the right to use this model (and/or design) for monetization. Monetized use includes content production via social media and streaming services, promotion and merchandise. 

Proper credit is required on Twitter, in addition to any streaming service the client uses (Twitch and/or Youtube, etc.)

The client is NOT allowed to claim creation, take credit or alter the model in significant ways. (Recolour via Vtube Studio and such are OK)

The model and design CANNOT be resold or redistributed, even if the character created is no longer in use.

The model will usually be delivered within 1 month, but may take longer depending on real life circumstances. The client will receive updates at each progress point, as marked on Trello and will receive the model after the final payment is made.

The client will receive a PSD of the model that is separated and ready to be rigged. Rigging is NOT included. Due to the difference of preference for each rigger, please feel free to contact me if there is anything I can do to make things easier for them, or if they have suggestions on how I can make things better! I am more than happy to work around the rigger preferences, as I am still learning as a LIVE2D Model artist!

Payment for models are done 50% upfront and 50% at the end unless discussed otherwise. Other payment plans can be arranged. Deposits cannot be refunded if the client cancels. If I cannot fulfill the commission, the remaining amount to be paid will be cancelled and I will refund 100% of what was paid.

I retain the right to use the model to promote myself, and post the model for sample purposes. This may also include posting a speedpaint of the model to YouTube once it is completed.

These terms of service apply in addition to the terms listed on the general terms of service page found here. Clients who have previously commissioned a model prior to these terms of service being written are still subject to these terms.
