General Terms​

Please be clear and concise with your ideas and references. ​

I am able to reject the commission if I am uncomfortable, however, I am not required to state my reasoning if it is personal or if I do not wish to share.

I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.
NFT usage is strictly forbidden. ANYTHING with AI programs or AI training is strictly forbidden. 

I aim to complete commissions within a few weeks after payment, but due to other commitments, please understand it may take longer. I try my best to communicate if there will be delays.

Any file you paid for will be available from me for a finite time only. I take measures to preserve most files for up to 3 months. However, I cannot guarantee against computer failure or accidental deletion or loss.

No harassment or disrespect will be tolerated, and I retain the right to blacklist and cease contact and further work with anyone if I deem it to be appropriate.

I am not responsible for any inconvenience caused by not adhering or reading these terms.

> Original Characters

> Fanart

> Humanoids​

I will not draw:

-Furry art

-Mecha

-Full NSFW 

-Muscles

-Old characters​

For anything else, I am open to discussion on what can be drawn so please feel free to ask.  ​

If a client does not respond to my messages or leaves the invoice unpaid for an extended period time; further contact will be ceased and I will no longer accept work for this client.

Process

Unless stated otherwise, payment will be done through PayPal invoices. Unless explicitly discussed otherwise, commissions will be paid in 100% prior to beginning the commission.

 No cryptocurrency transactions are accepted.​

Progress on the illustrations will not be started until payment has been processed.

Unless stated otherwise, there will be three checks-in throughout the commission process.

Sketch Check-in -> Line Art Check-in -> Completed Check-in​​

At any point, please point out if there are any changes that need to be made.​ Overly detailed changes or multiple changes made after the commission is completed may require extra payment.

The process may be streamed via Twitch, unless it is a private commission or a secret project, in which case please specify.

At the end of the commission, the client will receive at least two PNGs (one at full resolution, the other at a smaller resolution, and possibly transparent). No shipping is required for any commission and therefore, I will never be required to ship explicitly discussed.

Usage Terms​

 I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.

These commissions are for PERSONAL and PRIVATE use and are not intended to be used for monetary gain. Schedules for streaming, twitch thumbnails, and general posting is OK so long as credit is given.

For commercial commissions, there will be an additional 50% of the price. ​For specific cases, commercial charge may be charged as a flat fee depending on details of the specific case.

DO NOT claim, reproduce, edit, trace, or sell my artwork in any form. DO NOT claim the illustration as your own.

You may print the image onto merchandise so long as it is for PERSONAL USE and NOT for monetary gain. ​

Credit is greatly appreciated but not mandatory for personal use.

For streamer/VTuber related activities, credit back to my social media or website somewhere is required.

Refunds & Chargebacks

 I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch.
Once I start the sketch there will be NO REFUNDS.
I can only refund around 80% if there are errors in PayPal fees, taxes and/or transfer fees.
If I cancel a project, I will reimburse the lost fees and refund 100%.
If we agree on a payment plan and I start the commission after the first deposit has been done, I will not refund your said deposit if you back out of the Payment Plan.

You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.
If for any reason your PayPal account malfunctions or authorizes a refund request without your knowledge, you must contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.
You are required to contact me when you need to cancel a commission request.
Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address, and anyone sharing your PayPal account, including side accounts.

Past clients who have commissioned or worked with me prior to these terms of service being written are still subject to these terms.
